NEBBIUNO on the shore of Lake Maggiore
Just inside the door of this home you will realize the sense of tranquility and relaxation that you breathe. It has a huge potential and a surrounding garden of the right size for a family.
It consists of a double living room with open kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor.
Upstairs, three bedrooms and a further bathroom.
Going up again we find a attic area, while in the basement there is a large and luminous tavern, with laundry, cellar and garage.
The surrounding garden is partly terraced and never steep. From all the windows of the house you have a beautiful view of the greenery.
The sun exposure is the best and there is also a glimpse of Lake Maggiore.
The house is located in the hamlet of Tapigliano, in the municipality of Nebbiuno.
Probably of Roman origins, the town of Nebbiuno followed the events that characterized the western shore of Lake Maggiore. After belonging to the Duchy of Milan, with subsequent Spanish and Austrian dominations, the area passed to the Kingdom of Sardinia in the eighteenth century.
Tapigliano is located on a hill, dominating the inhabited areas of Nebbiuno, Pisano and Corciago. In 1928 Tapigliano, Corciago and Colazza were annexed with royal decree to the municipality of Pisano. In 1950 it was decided to annex the town to the municipality of Nebbiuno.
