In addition, the property is equipped with an artesian well from which water flows at a temperature of about 38°, good for the cultivation of specialised crops and for possible 'thermal baths'. In fact, the property is located close to the wonderful Terme di Vulci (Vulci Thermal Baths), which can also be easily reached by bicycle.
At the same distance there is also the archaeological area of Vulci with its castle, the estate of the Torlonia nobles with its centuries-old olive trees and the castle of Musignano.
The property is well connected and with a few km you can reach the motorway that connects Rome to Civitavecchia, only 10 km from the sea, 5 km from the Tuscan border.
