The ancient village. The origin of the village is unknown. The houses are arranged in a comb-like pattern on both sides of the ridge where the main road (Corso Adriatico) runs; at the height of the church of Santa Maria della Neve, the median axis is divided into two: Via del Pozzo and Via Del Forno. The houses along the main axis are often single-family homes connected by porticos, small courtyards, passages, and external staircases (locally called Brancatelli) with inscriptions from the 16th and 17th centuries. Among other things, there are: a sculpted stone portal dating back to 1849 and the palaces of some families: Cinosi, Salerni, Gizzi, and di Risio, modernized in the 19th century in neoclassical style.

Church of Santa Maria della Neve. It is located in Piazza Roma. The original structure may predate the 17th century, with transformations in the following century; however, the first mention is from 1742 in the estimates of the d'Avalos family. The artworks inside are from the same period, except for a painting that seems to come from another area. The dichromatism of the bell tower is created with fragments of brick and sandstone. The bell tower also consists of single-light windows. The roof of the bell tower is onion-shaped. The facade is divided into three sections by two pilasters. The portal is surmounted by a tympanum topped by a large window with a mistilinear frame. The upper pediment is curved and broken. Besides the paintings inside, there are stuccos covered with paintings. The interior has a single nave.

Nineteenth-century fountain. It is located in Largo della Fontana, where the church of San Rocco used to be, which no longer exists. It was built in the 19th century or the early decades of the 20th century. It is of the kiosk-type fountain. It has a polygonal plan. The facades consist of full-arch openings, one for each facade, framed by pilasters with Doric capitals. At the top, it is surmounted by a polygonal drum. It is made of bricks. The central body is the actual source, also used as a washbasin.

Villa Amalia. A villa built by the Adami family around the end of the 16th century, the last member of which was Lord Giovanbattista Adami, Prince of Pacentro, a noble Neapolitan who later fell into disgrace for being pro-Bourbon. This building, called casino, a typical square-shaped construction, hosted several illustrious personalities, including a Pope. It was inherited in the late 19th century by four descendants of Monsignor Adami (including a priest, Don Angelo Molisani from Casalbordino), who sold it in 1909, along with the title of Knight and the land ownership of the northern half of the hill that ends at the Adriatic Sea, to Knight Don Umberto Del Re, a noble Neapolitan and patrician of Pollutri, who named it after his noble consort, Donna Amalia Pecorari from Crecchio. However, Villa Amalia was the scene of a tragic fate involving its new owner, who died in a tragic accident between the car driven by his chauffeur and a train.
